Milepost 1
Completed in 2020, Milepost 1 is a collection of two dozen Arrowood-designed townhomes and single-family homes in a location that is poised for adventure. Fifteen minutes to the west is the beauty of Mt. Bachelor and its surrounding lakes and rivers, while an even shorter drive to the east is the center of Bend’s dining and shopping scene. Opened in 1996, Broken Top is the first luxury golf community in which Arrowood developed townhomes in Central Oregon. In fact, between Bridgecreek Townhomes, Arrowood Trail, Whisper Ridge, Arrowood Summit, and Tyrion Sky, Arrowood built more than 100 townhomes in the 1990s.
