The idea of building a home remotely was daunting at first, but Arrowood made it quite seamless.
We made a few visits to Bend to meet with the Arrowood team to discuss critical details and strategize the path forward. Not only did every Arrowood employee embody a culture of professionalism, honesty, and friendliness, but these same values and standards were exhibited by their subcontractors. Any time we met with them, it was clear that they took pride in their work and that quality mattered. We are grateful to ALL of the Arrowood employees for their expertise and commitment to giving us the best custom home we could ask for. Arrowood made the design-and-build process so easy.
We had the opportunity to select a plan that works for our family and had the chance to meet with the architect, John Muir, who is amazing! You can be as involved or uninvolved as you want. You could even have them pick everything out for you if you wanted. We chose to be involved in the pieces that we felt really strongly about. It was a lot of fun!

We even threw a COVID-wedding timeline at you and your response was overwhelming. We still can’t believe you made that deadline! We truly enjoyed working with your company. Stephanie had so many good tips and GREAT input. Rick also had great input and was very helpful in making decisions. Devin was very helpful as well and shoveled the path to the house for the walk through. I sent Joy a few ideas I liked and she helped direct us enough to basically make all the house selections in an hour and half!! Daniel is in class all by himself. Besides the fact that we think he is just a cool guy he is creative and helpful in decisions. We find ourselves so pleased working with the Arrowood team and feel confident that this home will turn out better than we thought possible.
